Lisa Twigger
I’m Lisa and I have been established in Permanent Make-up application since 1995. I have also owned several successful salons and clinics since this time using all my vast knowledge of the beauty industry. Today I focus of permanent make-up and plasma treatments at the clinic including also including tattoo removal using the Tattoo Removal method.
I also own and manage the Lisa Twigger Permanent Make-up Training Academy and recently obtained the VTCT level 4 training standard.
I have recently qualified in Botulism (aka Botox) injections and will soon be training in the art of Dermal Fillers-watch this space!
Our industry is forever developing and advancing, I never stop learning in order to give our clients the very best treatments.
I work at our Mansfield clinic every Wednesday and every Thursday & Friday at our Nottingham clinic.

Sarah Birley
Sarah has worked in beauty since leaving school and trained at one of Nottingham’s most recognised training colleges.
She quickly established herself in the beauty industry by setting up a treatment room in an established salon, whilst continuing to grow her knowledge in the beauty industry.
Sarah is a great friend of mine and I eventually managed to get her to come and work with me and the rest of the team in 2017 after she had a family.
She has spent hours travelling all over the country for specialist training to enable our clinic to offer the highest and latest advanced treatments. She has a thirst for knowledge and is always a great ‘go-to’ for any skincare advice.
She specialises in Collagen Wave, Geneo+ and Lipoform treatments, to note just a few. Her mission is to see transformational results for our clients. She is able to prescribe bespoke treatment packages, which often are a combination of different treatments and products.
Sarah’s favourite treatment is the Geneo+ – 4 facials in one treatment – perfect!
Rebecca Baxendale
After a successful 15 year career in senior HR Management I wanted a new challenge that not only allowed me to work more flexibly around my family but explored my interest in the world of beauty & aesthetics. In 2016 I qualified in Permanent Make Up and at the start of 2019 added Aesthetics treatments including Dermal Filler and Anti Wrinkle treatments to my portfolio.
I have trained with best and continue to advance my knowledge & skills in all things permanent make up & aesthetics, adding advanced treatments and cutting edge techniques to my skill set.
I love working with clients to enhance their features, give back what’s been lost, save them precious time and above all, increase their self confidence.
I am a self employed PMU Artist & Aesthetics Practitioner working regular from the clinic.
Stacey Webster
After 11 years within the Civil Service and a 5-year career break to have a family, my long-time friend, Stacey, agreed to join my team.
She started as my Administrative Assistant but now helps me organise my life as my PA and often steps in and helps ensure the smooth running of our busy clinics. She has a wealth of knowledge gathered over the years and understands all aspects of both Permanent Make-up and Advanced Therapy treatments we offer. She is always on hand to ask any questions from our clients.
Stacey also assists me with my training academy for Permanent make-up organising training days, students and models.
She’s my girl Friday!
Sam Furin
Sam Fruin is a professional cosmetic and medical tattooist; she has been involved in the art industry for over 30 years.
She has run numerous art departments globally and always wanting to challenge herself and help others, in 2019 she found a passion for tattooing and hasn’t looked back! Sam has had extensive training with Lisa Twigger and Natural Enhancement in London, has completed exclusive training with world famous “Vicky Martin ” specialising in Areola and Scar Camouflage master artistry.
Sam creates bespoke treatments, which are designed to suit the individual clients needs and style. She is a passionate artist and about helping people look and feel their best.
